 Role:                 Compensation and Benefits Analyst    

BPL's head office is based in Borehamwood, and due to growth and expansion of the site, we have an opportunity for someone to join us in our Compensation & Benefits team.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who will work closely with the business and support the Head of Compensation & Benefits with analytical support.

You will be involved in projects and annual pay review cycle activities to include; benchmarking, annual performance related pay review, quarterly and annual bonus calculations and communications, pay & benefit survey submissions, benefit renewals including re-brokering, and provision of key HR reports/statistics.

Key responsibilities to include;

Involvement and ownership for data analysis to include, compensation and benefits from pay, to shift allowances, bonuses and pay structures.

Own and manage the sites benchmarking, while working with the business for new and existing roles by conducting market research and using available salary data.

You will assist in drafting communication and plan rules around bonuses and incentives, and from time to time delivery briefings to the business on changes.

Be a key part of the team in delivering the annual performance related pay reviews, and ensuring all information is accurate and able to be delivered to the business on time.

Overseeing and ensuring consistency across the business for all benefits, to include the review or and any changes. 

Experience to make you successful in the role;

You will have exceptional Excel skills and attention to detail.  Accuracy is key for success in this position.

It is essential that you have worked as a compensation and benefits analyst in the past, due to the small team we have we need someone to hit the ground running.

And finally, you must enjoy dealing with people, and be an effective communicator.
